My records are not listed as "play tested" but appear to be in good to mint condition, unless otherwise noted. Play testing is available upon request.

    There may be slight, surface scratches on G/VG+ records but nothing that would appear to significantly affect playability. Potential problems are reflected in deep discounts. I will be happy to offer a return/refund (minus shipping) on any record should you be unhappy upon receipt. If you believe I have made an error in grading any record PLEASE LET ME KNOW. Mistakes do happen. Your happiness is more important to me than your money.

    My best advice is to study the hi-res photos closely and ask any questions that you might have prior to purchase.

    Prices and descriptions are based on my dog-eared copy of Goldmine Record Album Price Guide, 3rd Edition. When that fails, I base the price on a good ol' Google search. My prices are usually lower than most. Check and see!

    Best Offers are often accepted, but I rarely knock off more than a few dollars for any one record. Remember, I'm happy to offer a discount on a multiple purchases and I always combine shipping.

Sales Policy: Your purchase is a contract - purchase an item only if you're serious about paying for the item.  If you are the purchaser, you will enter into a legally binding contract to pay for the item.  If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the sale or if payment arrangements are not made within 5 days, item may be relisted and sold at the sellers sole discretion.

All shipping originates from the 65041 zip code.  Shipment will be USPS on items under 10 pounds.  Larger items may require all packing/shipping arrangements to be made by the purchaser.  Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of full payment. Shipping may vary due to work schedules. I'm often called out of town on short notice for periods of three to five days. Items for which payment is received on days that I am away will be shipped within 48 hours of my return.

Returns: In the unfortunate event that a return is requested, returns must include all original items, as depicted in auction photographs. Seller is not responsible for items damaged in-transit unless it can be determined that inadequate packaging was at fault.  Returns must be received within ten days of return agreement or thirty days from the date of sale.   Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Insurance is reccomended on orders over $50.00. NO REFUNDS on foreign orders without insurance and/or proof of delivery.  Refunds are not offered on items sold "as is".
