Liz receives an e-mail from Drastic.com, and calls the Creve Coeur Police claiming violation of her restraining order, but............

An Officer Anthony with the Creve Coeur Police Department called me on Tuesday, January 19th, (I recorded it all as usual), and said my wife wanted me arrested for e-mailing her. He also expressed that he thought Liz sounded half crazy, and was only calling me because she had kept bugging him. After I went over everything with him, he wanted to know if I would supply a print-out of the information, to possibly charge her with filing a false Police report, and I said no, she's not worth the effort or time. He was going to give the other dectives a "Heads Up" in case she calls back and trys the same thing with a different detective.
1) I looked thru the server logs, and she registered on January 12th.
2) She received the mass e-mail sent out on January 13th, that had my name and phone number on the bottom. As I told the officer, ANYONE can sign up as ANYONE, you can sign up as President Obama if you want.
3) If she was that concerned, why wait over a week to complain.
4) Why would I personally send her an e-mail, with my name, phone number and e-mail address on it, when I have a restraining order against me.
5) The IP address that signed up trace routes back to the Creve Coeur subnet block. (where she works, about 20 miles from me.)
6) When she signed up, she would have received the sign-up e-mail to her e-mail address, so why not cancel the account, or complain to the Police then?
Another classic Scooby-Doo move, by idiots who don't have a clue as to how computers really work. Liz wouldn't have the smarts or nerve to do this by herself, it would be her sister putting her up to this. And her sister, Carolyn the Felon, knows next to nothing about computers, I think she has an AOL e-mail address on a computer running windows 98.
Duh.
Ok geniuses, go to the scroll down menu in the gutter to the left, select "statistics", then hit go, and look at a sample of the Server Trace Logs. That's not from a science fiction movie, thats the real server logs, and the real trace route map. I can see the location of your computer where you look at the site from, time of day down to the second, what pages you look at, how long you look at them, the browser type you are using, the operating system on your computer, etc, etc.
