| Liz was given a court order to let me come by and get my things in March 2008 (She had filed for a divorce and restraining order, and only given me my laptop, a sleeping bag and 2 sets of clothes.) We showed up on the date, she had the door locked, with blankets over the window, and hid inside like a rat. I was given a second date by the court, and showed up with a list of my property I was supposed to get, and there was only about $100 of junk in the driveway, and I left these and told the Police I wasn't touching this stuff. She was then given a 3rd date to return my items, and I showed up, and maybe 1/2 of them were there, but nothing of value was there. My 73 inch TV, my $3,000 drum set, my personal property and artwork from before we were married, etc. I had 2 moving people with me, who I am contacting to get statements as to what was picked up (I took pictures of everything). Now, Liz says she gave me EVERYTHING. So, in addition to being a petty liar, she's now a Thief of property who's value makes her a felon. More childishness on her petty, sorry part. Hw old is she, 12? |
