| My Foundations of the Coffee Party
The Tea Party is based upon an act of Defiance of Taxation. This should be based upon the great goals and ideals that started this country, and that have been eroded by various factions who only have their own interests in mind, not those of the peoples of this once great Democracy.
Back in the mid 1700's, our forefathers met in Coffee Houses, in Philadelphia and New York City (Right down the way from the current Wall Street), and discussed those Paradigms and Convictions that would become the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of this once great, and hopefully still great, land of ours.
With these original models, along with the historical record of those meetings in Coffee Houses of the time, and a well thought out Plan of Principles, the Coffee Party can stand for much more than the Tea Party, and build upon the mistakes that lead to the degradation of the Tea Party.
We must take the high road. Mobs dressed in rainbow clown wigs may contain the well intentioned, but these also tend to be the uninformed. They do not understand the true power structures at work. They still put this as a debate between 2 parties, Republicans and Democrats, and the Tea Party as a new Political Party. The Coffee Party has to stand for more. It has to enlighten these peoples. And at it's basis, the Coffee Party has it's ancient foundations, that overthrew tyranny and birthed the greatest nation this planet has ever seen. Do not let this fall into the ashes of time.

I never thought of the Coffee Party as a Political Party. I thought of it as a party of Ideals. Political parties become subverted, infiltrated with different agendas. A Party based on the fight for what is right, those things that cannot be touched or held in the hand, but that are, in the end, worth more than gold or money or power.
Take back our country, take back the things our forefathers fought and died for. The ground you walk on is drenched in their blood and sweat and toil. The Consitution is not a 200 year old piece of brittle parchment, dead and decaying in museums. With a tear of hope it will rise again.
And, “that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom — and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.”, will again be taught in schools, and never again have to be uttered up-on a battlefield of the dead and wounded.
This is not a Politcal Party.
